Pectin-Free Blackberry Mint Jam
Blackberry Mint Jam:
1 1/2 cups fresh blackberries
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 1/2 tablespoons minced mint
Mash the blackberries to desired consistency. Add all the other ingredients and
stir. Place in a saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat until boiling. Then reduce
to a simmer. Stir frequently. When it reaches desired consistency, (20-40
minutes) place in container. Yum!
