Jalapeno Cheese Crackers
Jalapeño cheese crackers:
1 cup shredded cheese (I used a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack)
3/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
4 tablespoons oil
Couple drops of water
Salt
2-3
jalapeño peppers, minced
Mix all ingredients except salt together with hands. Knead to form soft dough. Roll
out to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into desired shape. Place on baking sheet lined
with parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 10 -12 minutes at 350
degrees. Take out and wait for them to cool. They will crisp up as they cool.
