Double Chocolate French Toast
This recipe makes one serving.
Double
Chocolate French Toast:
1 tablespoon chocolate spread (nutella
works)
2 slices whole wheat bead
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon oil
Powdered sugar for dusting
Whisk milk and eggs together in a shallow
dish with vanilla extract. Make a sandwich with the chocolate spread and
chocolate chips. Press flat and add to egg and let soak until it soaks up all
the liquid. Add to hot pan with oil. Cook until golden brown and then flip. Cook
until golden brown on both sides. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
